Itinerary

Day 1 - Marrakech to Telouet to Ait Ben Haddou to Ouarzazate to Dades Gorges (325 km)

Your 6-day tour from Marrakech starts with a drive through the Atlas Mountains via the 2260m high Tizi N’Tichka pass. Visit the UNESCO World Heritage site of Ait Ben Haddou, famous for movies like “Gladiator” and the series “Game of Thrones”. Continue to Ouarzazate to visit Atlas Film Studios and Taourirt Kasbah, then head to the Valley of Roses. Arrive in Dades Gorges for dinner and an overnight stay in a traditional riad or hotel.

 

 

Day 2 - Dades Gorges to Todra Gorge to Erfoud to Erg Chebbi Dunes (Merzouga) (269 km)

Continue your journey to Todra Gorge, a colorful tight canyon popular with outdoor enthusiasts. Drive through the Ziz Valley to reach Erfoud, known for its unique fossils. Arrive at the edge of the Erg Chebbi dunes in Merzouga, switch to camels, and trek to the desert camp. Enjoy dinner, music around the campfire, and an overnight stay in Berber-style tents.

 

 

 

Day 3 -Exploring Merzouga Area & Visit Nomad Families (40 km)

Spend the day exploring the Merzouga desert. Visit the Khamlia village, known for its traditional Gnawa music, and the abandoned town of Mefes with its lead mines. Meet a nomad family living on the edge of the Erg Chebbi dunes. Return to your accommodation in Merzouga for dinner and an overnight stay.

 

 

Day 4 - Merzouga to Ziz Valley to Azrou Cedar Forest to Fes (467 km)

After breakfast, drive through Rissani and its local souk. Travel through the Ziz Valley and palm groves, stopping for lunch in Midelt. Visit the Azrou Cedar Forest to see Barbary Apes before continuing to Fes. Arrive in Fes for an overnight stay in a local hotel.

 

 

Day 5 - Fes (Guided City Tour) to Casablanca (295 km)

Start the day with a guided tour of Fes, the oldest city in Morocco. Visit the Tanneries, Attarine Museum, and Moulay Idriss Mausoleum. Explore Fes el Bali, Fes-Jdid, and Ville Nouvelle. After lunch, drive to Casablanca. Dinner and overnight stay in Casablanca.

 

 

Day 6 - Casablanca to Marrakech (241 km)

Do I need a sleeping bag for the night in desert?

No, you don’t need a sleeping bag, at our 4 days tour Tangier to Marrakech, you will stay at an equipped desert camp with all amenities.

Is there any other way to reach the camp instead of Camels?

Yes, as we mentioned in the includes list, regarding travelers who don’t like to go on camels, we use a 4×4 car to transfer them to and from the camp, without any extra charge as well. You just need to inform us at the time of booking.

How to book this tour? Any Cancelation policy?

To confirm the 4 days tour Tangier to Marrakech, we require a small deposit to be paid over PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer to our account, the balance is payable in cash at the pick-up, to be paid to your driver in euros, or equal in dollars or dirhams.

Is it possible to pay the entire with PayPal?

Usually, we request the balance payments in cash because PayPal also has many transaction fees and operational delays since it’s a world institution.

We can in some cases accept the complete payment via Paypal however a 5% fee is going to be applied to hide the additional transaction charges. just in case you’re considering this method, it’s best to rearrange the payment before the tour.

Is it possible to pay the entire via Wise or bank transfer?

Yes, we accept the entire cost via Wise and bank transfer but there will be a 2% extra to cover the transaction fee.
